Refund policy

14-day self-service refund

Restore your purchase with the license or private recovery link. If payment was completed within the preceding 14 days and the order has not already been refunded or revoked, the receipt page offers a full refund request. You must explicitly confirm the request. The software license ends when the request is accepted.

Payment processing

Stripe returns the payment to the original payment method. The application displays the provider’s returned status; bank processing can take additional time. A pending bank refund is not represented as completed settlement.

Problems and mandatory rights

The automated window does not replace mandatory consumer rights, remedies for defective digital content, or other legal obligations. The legal seller’s actual contact must be configured before purchases are accepted.
