License & terms

Version dated 4 November 2026. These prelaunch terms describe the intended commercial license. The legal seller’s identity and contact must be present before checkout is activated.

Personal license

One person may use version 1 for analysis and reports within one business. The license does not permit client service work, report rebranding, sublicensing, resale, or redistribution of the software.

Agency license

One agency and its internal team may use version 1 for client analysis and deliver exported reports. Custom report branding is permitted. The license does not permit giving clients the software itself, redistribution, sublicensing, or resale of the application.

Delivery and updates

The purchase is a one-time digital software license, delivered automatically after a server-verified payment. Version 1 works offline. Future major versions, custom implementation, consulting, and a hosted account are not included. Keep the software, license, and project backups safely.

Inputs and decisions

You are responsible for the input data, baseline, commercial decisions, and legal right to analyze any data. Campaign and planning outputs are comparisons conditional on supplied inputs. Experiment estimates and uncertainty depend on the selected design and independent-unit assumptions. Outputs do not establish causal identification, accounting certification, tax advice, or a guarantee of profit or future performance.

Payment and tax

The checkout shows the edition, currency, total, and any applicable tax before payment. No subscription is created. Commercial checkout remains unavailable until the seller and payment configuration are active.

Refunds and mandatory rights

A paid order may request a full self-service refund within 14 days through its private recovery page. A refund revokes the license. The self-service window does not limit mandatory consumer remedies or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. See the refund policy for details.

Service limits

No warranty of sales, income, accuracy of supplied data, uninterrupted hosting, or universal compatibility is made. Mandatory legal warranties and liabilities remain unaffected. No governing-law claim is made here before the seller and applicable jurisdiction are established.
